DMCA victory

Today I received a confirmation from DMCA.com that bananamarepublic.com was taken out of the air for breach of copyright. It is a small victory in my fight against the online defamation attacks I have been suffering, but a victory nonetheless.

It has also come to my attention that ornstein.org has been taken out of the air, but I do not know why this has happened. DMCA.com has not filed anything against this site, as that would have been the next step.

One can only hope that the author has finally come to his senses and he has stopped these slanderous attacks against myself and all other victims on his sites.

If the sites from Okke Ornstein remain out of the air, I will instantly remove all articles about him and with that close the chapter. We will check this in two weeks time.

UPDATE: Shame to see that the removal of my pictures was good enough to get the sites back online. Nice to see that the author of said blog is lowering himself more and more and swears online and calls me names for no reason. The questions remains: What is his problem with me? (apart from asking him to defend his opinion)

The preliminary hearing in regards to the defamation case is on the 12th of December. Okke Ornstein will not show up, as we know, but that is not particularly important on the preliminary hearing anyway. His court appointed lawyer will be there to defend him and we will see what the defense will be.
